RANC Members:

A few quick July reminders about the Annual Meeting August 7-9 in Asheville:

• The RANC Room Block Drops Wednesday, July 10th. Make sure you book your room now at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown. 
• Registration + sponsorship is open. Once you book your room, don't forget to register!

2024 Annual Meeting Registration Includes

• Wednesday night welcome reception at the Wicked Weed Brewing Party Pavilion during the Asheville Tourists home game - transportation will be provided.
• Thursday Lunch
• Thursday General Session
• Thursday Evening Reception
• Thursday Dinner & Fun
• All attendees staying at the Embassy Suites downtown Asheville hotel receive free made to order breakfast on site in the E'Terie downstairs from 6:30 am - 9:30 am.
• All attendees staying in the hotel can also enjoy a complimentary evening reception in the bar downstairs which includes (2) complimentary drinks and light bites.

Facility Member Pricing

• Facility Members: $250
• Facility Spouses: $250
• Facility Non-Member/Spouse: $500
  Non member special: sign up for RANC membership and also the conference and get a $250 discount on 2024 dues!

Associate Member Pricing

• Associate members are required purchase a silver, gold, or platinum level sponsorship. Sponsorships include (2) annual meeting registrations and a trade booth during the annual meeting.
